By accessing, registering for, or using any service available at 699bet.world, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions described herein, as well as our Privacy Policy and with the rules of Responsible Gambling. 2. Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Account Creation Requirements
To register on 699bet and use its services, users must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be a resident of Brazil and hold a Valid CPF;
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration;
- Not be listed on any Brazilian government gambling exclusion registry;
- Must not have had a previous account closed by 699bet for terms violations.
Creating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts, once detected, may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any pending balances or winnings.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
699bet reserves the right to request identity documents at any time, in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering regulations. Documents that may be requested include: RG, CNH, CPF, proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and proof of the payment method used.
Failure to submit the requested documents within the given timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and withheld withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.
3. Account Management
Each user is responsible for keeping their login credentials — email and password — confidential. 699bet will not be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's own negligence in protecting their login details.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately at contato@699bet.world. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication, available in your account security settings.
699bet will never ask for your password by email, chat, or WhatsApp. If you receive such a request, do not respond and notify us immediately.
Account closure can be requested at any time by the user through support. After closure, any available balance will be returned via Pix to the registered CPF key, provided the verification process is complete and there are no outstanding violations.
4. General Betting Rules
4.1 Bet Acceptance & Settlement
A bet is considered accepted only after confirmation is displayed on screen and in the betting history of your 699bet account. Bets pending confirmation are not considered valid. 699bet reserves the right to refuse or limit bets without any obligation to provide detailed justification.
Bets are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant competition's governing body — CBF for the Brasileirão Série A and Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL for the Libertadores, UFC for MMA, and the respective league organizers for e-sports competitions such as CBLOL, VCT Americas, and Free Fire's LBFF.
4.2 Cancelled, Postponed, or Abandoned Events
If an event is canceled or postponed before it begins and is not played within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time, all bets will be fully refunded to the account balance. If a match starts and is subsequently suspended before the end of regulation, markets that have already been settled (such as "first goal" or "half-time result") will stand, while markets still open will be voided and refunded.
4.3 Errors and Incorrect Odds
If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — odds that deviate significantly from the market for that event — 699bet reserves the right to cancel the bet and refund the staked amount. The user will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification.
Important: Bet settlement for the Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other competitions follows each tournament's official rules. Extra time and penalty shootouts are included in the final result only when specified in the market.
5. Live Betting
Live betting on 699bet is available while covered events are in progress — including Brasileirão Série A matches, e-sports such as CS2 and Free Fire, UFC, and more. Odds are updated in real time and may change or be suspended at any moment depending on how the event unfolds.
Live bets submitted during an odds suspension period — typically during corners, free kicks, goal celebrations, or broadcast technical issues — will be automatically rejected. The system does not accept bets with outdated odds under any circumstances.
699bet is not responsible for slow or dropped internet connections on the user's end during live betting. We recommend using a stable connection before starting a live betting session on Brasileirão matches or e-sports events with fast-moving odds.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New 699bet users are entitled to a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. To activate the bonus, your first deposit must be at least R$ 20.00 via any accepted payment method on the platform — Pix, boleto bancário, credit or debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, or bank transfer (TED).
The bonus amount is subject to a rollover requirement of 5× (five times) the total deposit plus bonus amount before any withdrawal. For example: R$ 100.00 deposit + R$ 100.00 bonus = R$ 200.00 × 5 = R$ 1,000.00 in wagers required to unlock the bonus withdrawal. The original deposited balance can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of the rollover requirement.
6.2 Recurring Promotions and VIP Program
Weekly reload bonuses, cashback, and other promotions available to members of the VIP Program at 699bet are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. In the event of a conflict between the general terms described here and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion's terms shall prevail.
VIP cashback is calculated automatically every Sunday based on the net balance of bets lost during the week (losing bets minus winning bets). The amount is credited on Monday with no request required from the user. Cashback is not subject to rollover — it can be used for betting or withdrawn via Pix directly.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
699bet monitors betting patterns that indicate bonus abuse, such as wagering only on low-risk markets solely to meet rollover requirements, using multiple accounts to stack promotions, or any behavior showing the intent is to exploit offers rather than play in good faith. In confirmed cases of bonus abuse, 699bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus, close the account, and withhold any winnings derived from that misuse.
7. Deposits & Withdrawals
7.1 Accepted payment methods
699bet accepts the following payment methods, all operating exclusively in BRL:
- Pix — instant deposits and withdrawals via CPF key, email, phone number, or random key;
- Bank slip (boleto bancário) — deposits processed within up to 1 business day;
- Credit or debit card — Visa and Mastercard accepted;
- PicPay — via digital wallet;
- Mercado Pago — via digital wallet;
- Bank wire (TED) — through Brazil's major banks, including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.
The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 for Pix and card. The minimum deposit for boleto bancário is R$ 20.00. 699bet charges no deposit fees.
7.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the CPF key registered on the user's account. Processing time is up to 5 seconds for withdrawals up to R$ 10,000.00 made by users with full KYC verification. For withdrawals above that amount, compliance review may take up to 24 hours.
The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. Daily withdrawal limits vary by the user's VIP level: Bronze — R$ 5,000.00; Silver — R$ 10,000.00; Gold — R$ 30,000.00; Diamond — no limit. 699bet charges no withdrawal fees at any level.
Important: The Pix key for withdrawals must be linked to the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be automatically blocked as a fraud prevention measure.
7.3 Declined deposits and chargebacks
If a deposit is charged back by the financial institution after being credited to the 699bet account — via a credit card chargeback, for example — the corresponding amount will be deducted from the account balance. If the balance is insufficient to cover the chargeback, the account will be suspended until the debt is resolved.
8. VIP Program
The VIP Program at 699bet is free and automatic for all users. Progression through the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond levels is based on accumulated points, calculated at a rate of 1 point for every R$ 10.00 wagered on any product on the platform. Bets on the Brasileirão and e-sports earn 1.5× points.
The benefits at each tier — including cashback, exclusive odds, early picks, and a dedicated account manager — are described in detail on the VIP Program page and are subject to each benefit's specific conditions. 699bet reserves the right to modify tier benefits with 7 days' prior notice to affected users.
9. Live Casino, Slots & Crash Games
The live casino games, slots, and crash games available on 699bet are provided by certified third-party suppliers. Each game's specific rules — including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, betting limits, and mechanics — are described within the game's own interface.
Live Casino bets, slots, and crash games also earn VIP points at the same base rate as Sports Betting wagers. Welcome bonuses and other sports bonuses may have usage restrictions on certain casino games — check each bonus's terms before use.
699bet does not guarantee wins in Live Casino games, slots, or crash games. All games use independently certified random number generators (RNG). Results are random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the platform or the player.
10. Prohibited Use of the Platform
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 699bet platform:
- Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;
- Use of privileged information or insider trading in betting markets;
- Match-fixing or combining bets with event participants;
- Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software that simulates human behavior;
- Creating or using multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses;
- Any attempt to exploit bugs, technical glitches, or odds errors on the platform;
- Use of the platform by anyone under 18 or by individuals legally prohibited from participating in gambling in Brazil.
Detection of any such activity will result in immediate account closure, cancellation of all balances and bonuses, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant Brazilian authorities.
11. Limitation of Liability
699bet is not liable for losses resulting from bets placed on the platform. Gambling involves financial risk, and the user is solely responsible for their betting decisions and the funds used for that purpose.
699bet shall not be held liable for temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or third-party technical failures. If the platform is unavailable during an active live bet, the bet will be cancelled and the amount refunded to the user's balance.
699bet's maximum liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
699bet operates as an entertainment platform. Betting is a leisure activity and should be enjoyed within financial limits that each user consciously sets for themselves.
12. Privacy & LGPD
699bet collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). The data collected includes registration information (name, CPF, email, date of birth), financial transaction data, and your betting history on the platform.
This data is used solely for: delivering platform services; identity verification and fraud prevention; compliance with legal and regulatory obligations; and improving the user experience. Your data is never sold to third parties.

Any disputes arising from the use of the 699bet platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
